Reflection on Fall Final Essay...
This was a Final Essay I had to do in the Fall. It probaly took me about thirty minutes to write it. My whole class had to read a story called "From Kaffir Boy" by "Mark Mathabane". I really enjoyed the story even though I only had a certain time to read it. The story was about a youn boy who didnt want to go to school because he thought that school was a big waste of time. Instead of school he wanted to be a gangster and do a lot of drugs, he thought that life was exciting. my favorite part of the assignment was reading the story and having to write about it. My least part of the project was having so little time to work on it. One thing I learned in this story that parents work really hard so their children can get their education. If I had the opportunity to do this project again I would take my time writing the essay than reading the story, and if the teacher did this project again he should give us more time. I recommend that the teacher should do these kind of finals because some of us enjoy it. A rubric is something like rules or standards that you have to do in a project. It tells you how to get a certain grade or something.
